With the Sassafras Science novels, we are zipping into homes around the world to deliver a living books education for science like you have never seen before!
Great story, very interesting! I ordered this for my youngest child's homeschool science(3rd grade). She asked for something with animals and this fit the bill perfectly. Really pleased with the story, she asks to read it and do more work....definitely a bonus. I would recommend the other two books that go with the series to make a full, engaging program. Really pleased we used this and will continue with this program. (review by JK)
Each adventure-style novel incorporates facts about science around the world seamlessly into an action-packed storyline. The activity guide and logbook save you time by providing you with the tools to construct a full homeschool science curriculum centered around the living book.
