These classical science plans will help the homeschool teacher, co-op leader,
or classroom educator teach biology to middle school students!
Biology for the Logic Stage leads the middle school student through a study of plants, animal life, and the human body by digging deeper into what was studied during the elementary years.
“I can’t emphasize this enough: the program is well organized and easy to navigate. The science is good, solid science. Hudson is a good writer, and the two spines that go along with the program are colorful, detailed, and easy-to-read and absorb.” Review by Small World at Home

New Edition of Kingfisher Science Encyclopedia - We are aware that Kingfisher is releasing a new edition in October 2017. We do not know yet what those changes will be, so we do not know how this will affect our programs. In the past, new editions have not affected page numbers. For now, both the 2006 and 2011 editions do coordinate with our programs. If you are unable to locate one of those for a reasonable price, you can download this chart which coordinates the DK Encyclopedia of Science with Biology for the Logic Stage. The DK Encyclopedia of Science is already scheduled as an additional resource in Earth Science & Astronomy for the Logic Stage and as the main spine for chemistry and physics.
