Shipping and Returns
We offer FREE* shipping on all our products to US addresses. All books are shipped via media mail; all experiment kits are shipped via priority mail. We do also offer the option to upgrade to priority shipping for a nominal fee.
*Note - In order to qualify for free shipping, orders must be placed directly on the website. Purchase orders do not qualify for free shipping. Shipping and handling costs will be added to these orders.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. However, international customers will be charged for shipping. Note that there are restrictions on some products and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
If shipping charges apply when you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. All returns must be received within 30 days of receipt. If 30 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Several types of products are exempt from being returned. eBooks, audiobooks, and gift cards cannot be returned.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation number.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
- Book with obvious signs of use.
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or with missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
To return your product, you should mail your product to 220 Government Ave Niceville Florida US 32578. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If the refund is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. If you used the free shipping option, the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and send your item to 220 Government Ave Niceville Florida US 32578.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
