In past summers, we have chatted about summer science ideas and how to avoid the summer science slip. But in this month's summer-themed tip I want to issue a challenge - a science fair project challenge.
The lazy days of summer are perfect for setting aside a bit of time to do a science fair project. Typically, we like to take off at least eight weeks during the summer. And there are eight steps to complete a science fair project.
Coincidence? I think not!
So, this summer, I want to help you complete one step of the science fair project each week until you are done.
Sound good? Great!
Join me on the summer science fair project challenge by listening to the Tips for Homeschool Science Show. Each week, I'll talk you through another step of the science fair project. Then, you will have the whole rest of the week to fill those "I'm bored" times with working on your science fair project!
Check out our book, The Science Fair Project: A Step-by-Step Guide.
Or sign up for our weekly emails - this summer we'll be sending out science fair project challenge reminders, so you won't miss a step!
