We offer FREE* shipping on all our products to US addresses. All books are shipped via media mail; all experiment kits are shipped via priority mail. Please be aware that media mail shipping can take up to three to four weeks, especially during busy seasons. We do also offer the option to upgrade to priority shipping for a nominal fee.
*Note - In order to qualify for free shipping, orders must be placed directly on the website. Purchase orders do not qualify for free shipping. Shipping and handling costs will be added to these orders.
We are no longer able to ship our books internationally. We do offer eBooks of all our programs for your convenience. Or you can order printed books from our distributors that can ship internationally - Rainbow Resources, CBD, or Amazon.
If you are in Canada, we recommend ordering our books from Classical Education Books.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. In other words, kits need to be in the original boxes, books need to have intact spines with no obvious wear, and combos, packages, or bundles must be received in their entirety.
All returns must be received within 30 days of receipt. If 30 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. (Note - If you ordered via PO through a charter school, please contact your educational specialist to return the materials. PO's cannot be refunded for individuals as the school was the original purchaser.)
Several types of products are exempt from being returned. eBooks, audiobooks, and gift cards cannot be returned.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation number.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
To return your product, you should mail your product to Elemental Science, PO Box 79, Niceville, FL 32588. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If the refund is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. If you used the free shipping option, the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@elementalscience.com.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@elementalscience.com and send your item to Elemental Science, PO Box 79, Niceville, FL 32588.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
