Biology for the Grammar Stage

Biology for the Grammar Stage is a 36 week classical science curriculum designed for studying biology. The program lays out a 20 week study of animals using the Kingfisher First Encyclopedia of Animals, a 10 week study of the human body using the DK First Human Body Encyclopedia and a 6 week study of plants using Plant Parts from the Life of Plants Series. The teacher’s guide includes a 2 day and 5 day schedule for reading assignments, vocabulary, experiments and ongoing projects. The student workbook includes all the pages you need for the ongoing projects, narrations and experiments, plus over 100 pictures for you to use with those pages. (Ages: K through 2nd graders)
